WHAT WE DO
Welcome, really good to see you. Please read the following to in order to make your booking a lot easier.
- HAIR IS NOT INCLUDED in your booking unless otherwise stated.
- Please be specific about what style you need and be prepared to pay extra for add on. Once the foundation is done its harder to make adjustments.
- Please check with me the hair you intend to use, not all hair brands that say crochet is good quality. it will save you money and time. (Am not taking responsibility for bad quality hair)
- Please don't leave buying your hair extensions to last minute because you might not find it. You will still be charged for your appointment.
- Request to blow dry hair will carry an extra cost, so please do so from home.
- DISCLAIMER - I offer a take down service at a cost (please ask about this service) If you do take out your hair yourself and cut hair (UNFORTUNATELY, I WONT BE TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT).

CURLY CROCHET STYLES
- For most crochet curls I USE 4 - 4 1/2 packs .
Also if you're having crochet curls with the option of wearing in a bun, recommend you get five (5) packs of hair (we may not use all but its better to have more than not enough) especially if you have fuller/thicker hair.

LOCS STYLES
- If you are using StyledbyB locs then you will need about 5/6 packs of hair. But if you are using any other brand, please confirm with the seller how many packs needed or you can send me a message to confirm. Don't underbuy!!! PLEASE IF YOU ARE REUSING YOUR LOCS, (WASH THEM BEFORE YOU DO SO)
TIME KEEPING
IF you are more than 15 mins late there would be an additional £10 charge , if you are 30 mins late then your appointment will either be cancelled or it will be an additional £5 charge . if you are 45minutes late
then appointment will be cancelled and you will have to rebook.

DEPOSIT
A deposit is NEEDED to ensure that your appointment is secured .Your deposit will be deducted from your final payment . Deposits are non refundable. Any cancellation must be done within 48hours to qualify for a rescheduled appointment and this must done with 1 month of cancellation.

CANCELLATION
Once you know you cannot attend, please message straight away so that it can be offered to other clients. Don't decide to tell me on the day. And please don't ignore my calls/text when am trying to get an update.

PREPARATION BEFORE APPOINTMENT
Ensure your hair is washed and air dried before your appointment. If your hair is thick and you know you are tender headed, please blow dry your hair to make it easier on you and myself. If your hair is relaxed, please don't blow dry or apply any product a day or 2 before especially if you are having crochetbraids done. The plaits wont be secure enough if hair is too silky.
